Arrived later than the front desk staff worked apparently, but called the emergency number and Mike took care of everything, finding me an amazing room and picking up my parking. Excellent staff and great spot downtown!

Location was great parking all around Chicago is horrible staff that checked us in was kind of rude but staffed. The next morning was great. Enjoyed our stay overall.

We had a one night stay and our room was great for 3 adults and 2 babies. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I wish the main entrance bar, coffee bar was open! Our room was literally right next to the tracks but the double panes windows blocked the sound! We had a kitchenette and it would have been nice to have papertowels and some cups but it was very clean and spacious! Will definitely stay again!

It’s directly located under the Chicago “L” train tracks and with the train running 24 hours I didn’t get any sleep at all. The remote and TV in room didn’t work and no one was ever at the front desk. Total rip off. I would never stay again.
