Love the river view but the room was lack of many - Upon our arrival there was no valet for parking, the handle on the shower door was broken, no shower mat nor wash clothes in the room. The chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs ever!!! Our daughter's room AC stop working in the middle of the night - although it was repaired on the same night. No discount were offered for either room & nope we will not again stay at this facility.

My stay was lovely. Only issue I had was the room air not working properly causing the room to be warm and muggy at times.

The only thing I liked about this property was the location and view from my room. Also, Heidi at the front desk was amazing! The renovations look half way done. The hallways are raggedy and smell bad. Only certain parts of the room was renovated. Shower was old and rusty. All of the towels were stained. Sheets were stained. Room smelled of mildew. The walk to your room takes forever. You have to take 2 elevators to get to your room. I would not stay here again.

an okay hotel--but at the price, you can do better

nice lobby--but weird hotel elevators (you have to take two and they are hidden from one another, around two corners. clean room, convenient location...just average all around
