Our room had a bit of black mold in the bathroom and the entire building needed upgrades and had lots of dust and stains. Our friends room smelt very bad almost like animal urine

Check in process was horrendous, abysmal, we arrived at 2pm to a 45 min lineup, we left, killed a couple hours and returned at 430pm and the queue was even longer...the lineup went beyond the lobby up the stairs. I've checked into a thousand hotels in my long life....this was by far the worst experience...ended up getting our room key at 6pm.

I secured a great rate thru Expedia & enjoyed a pleasant stay for two nights. Room was clean & all needs met. Even noted they washed the exterior hall windows in West Tower & West Wing per my last review feedback. Always love it here & will return as long as I can afford to

I gave this stay 3 stars because, while the room was impeccably clean and the hot spring was a highlight of the trip, the dining experience at the Copper Room was disappointing. We ordered sushi, salad, soup, and pasta. Although the sushi and salad arrived quickly, our soup and pasta never showed up. We were distracted by the excellent live singer, but after waiting an hour, we followed up only to find the food still wasn't ready. Management mentioned they were short-staffed, but an hour is far too long for those specific dishes.
