The hotel shows its age. Staff is friendly enough but clearly understaff. Facility needs a major renovation. Hence the condition of the hotel is being reflected in the pricing. Advice/ bring your own fan/ portable air conditioner. Room and towel are clean enough but house keeping forgot to remove a bar soap from previous guest. Won’t recommend unless you come here in winter

The air conditioning did not work. I called three times. A guy came turned it off and on. And never came back. The washroom down by the desk was dirty. Garbage over flowong and the same empty can on the counter for 2 days. Wipp not go back. The lake is beautiful.

We paid for kitchenette but when we checked in at 9 PM we were told there wasn’t a clean room available but we could wait 1/2 until they cleaned one. We said no, we were tired and wanted a room now. They put us in a double Queen standard room overlooking a dirty eaves trough. No compensation offered. The pillows were terribly flat. The coffee maker was dirty. The bathroom hot and cold taps were backwards and I burned my hand. Shower gel in shower was empty. It was noisy, people running around upstairs until 2 AM, dogs barking in the hallway. The bathroom sink was slow draining and you had to flush the toilet two times to get it to work. On a positive note, location was good, short walk to beach and nearby restaurants. All in all a very disappointing stay and will not choose this hotel again in the future.

I booked through expida when We got to the hotel , the two people st the front desk conveniently did not see my reservation yet I had confirmation. Left us to sleep in our vehicle. Beond upset .

Really nice staff. Hotel needs a facelift and Reno’s. Duct tape in the bathroom. Lamp outlets didn’t work. Bathroom outlet loose. Couldn’t find many other plugins. Parking off site—- couldn’t find it. The underground parking was really damp and musty.

The room was just okay for the price. The room had a window air condition unit. The window stayed open because the air condition pipes needed to be put in the window. With the window open we had more noise. Near the lake at a walking distance.

I had to enter from the underground parking, which was unlit dark and very scary, I honestly did not feel comfortable leaving my car. I put as many things as I could hidden so no one could see them from outside. The carpet in front of the elevator was so filthy. It was disgusting and the room was OK but I was very disappointed. I thought it would be much prettier.
