The unit is on the ground level, providing easy access after a long day at the beach. Beautifully styled with nautical decor and special attention to detail. Situated on the edge of the bay, this villa offers a private balcony with walk-out access to the marina and a reserved 40' foot deep-water boat slip. Villa 118 at Sunset Bay boasts an en suite bedroom with king bed, private bath featuring a stand up shower AND a bathtub - along with private outdoor patio access from the bedroom. Two other bedrooms feature a king in one, and a twin in the other. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, and plenty of countertop for that family seafood feast you will want to make while you're with us. Have a few friends sit at the bar while you mix up a few cocktails, then enjoy "people-watching" on the Chincoteague Channel as the evening picks up. Three days with the Golden Girls
We were pleased with the property had a few issues that we reported to management and they took care of the issues the same day. We totally enjoyed are stay and the sunsets were beautiful

Fantastic sunsets
Beautiful condo with jaw dropping views out the windows. Well stocked, the kitchen is ready for real cooking. The master bedroom is amazing. The kids loved the trundle bed for a fun sleepover. Easy walk down main st to the shops and waterfront park, and a quick drive to the beach and nature reserve. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

A Magical Stay
This property was PERFECT for our family of 4 (kids ages 2 & 5) for our FIRST ever visit to Chincoteague.
The property was impeccably clean. The decor was gorgeous and the murals on the walls- so unique. The views... can’t beat it!!! I want to live here- in unit 118 forever!
The tv’s were a little tricky- no biggie.
But the one thing I’d pass off to future bookers is: beware of how far unit 118 is from the parking lot. Bring a pull cart if you have a lot of stuff! Two kids with everything we brought- took 4 trips! But don’t let that deter u!
We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Vacation
We really enjoyed this vacation house. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The windows were the best part of the house, and the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this house. There were two minor distractions one being a lot of flies in the kitchen and the other being a person in the house above us repeatedly walked/stomped back and forth, literally all day long.

Beautiful location
Very comfortable for 2 adults. Beautiful views from condo. We enjoyed the small porch every evening. Property management not so great. Ad failed to mention lack of linens and no stock of paper products also had wrong location map no notice of where to check in. Condo was fairly clean floors were swept but dirty bath shower had mold. 80 dollar cleaning fee we paid should have taken care of the cleaning issues. Also lots of notices about gas grills but none to be found on property.
