This serene Eastside getaway offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and convenience for families, couples, or remote workers. The second-story unit features a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The primary waterfront bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the screened porch. A second bedroom with a queen bed is located across from a full hallway bathroom.

The screened porch is ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks, and a shared dock provides opportunities for crabbing, birdwatching, or launching kayaks into the calm waters. Enjoy prime wildlife viewing, including wild ponies, coastal birds, and ever-changing lighthouse vistas.

Beautiful, calm setting with unobstructed views of Assateague Lighthouse, sunrises, the wild horses, a variety of birds (bald eagles, herons, even hummingbirds), quiet kayakers, paddle boarders, and small boats. We particularly appreciated the screened porch. Highly recommend binoculars and zoom lenses. It's a short drive over to Assateague for beach walks (be sure to take your National Parks pass if you have one). Don't miss Lily's Little Mexico [food truck] located in the grove near the water park!
