Friendly staff. Hallway noise is an issue. We felt like people outside could hear us when in the room and vice versa. Otherwise excellent hotel. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

The Front Desk personnel were accomadating and very professional. Asked for a quiet area and they provided. Business cenetered, and to the point, but very helpful. Check in was smooth. Beds are a little to firm, but everything is very very clean. Breakfast was good, very busy but was restocked often. Housekeeping staff very friendly and nice. All around great experience.

The property was, with one exception, very clean, new and staffed with friendly employees. I had a ground floor room which was very noisy from the parking lot. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Sadly, I found the resident cockroach dead in the bathroom. Lastly, the hotel is a bit inconvenient in that it is tucked far back into a shopping center parking lot with an awkward access to major streets.

It was a nice clean hotel. The free breakfast was great with waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and tea! The ONLY thing that can complain about is they should not have booked me in a 'special needs' room.I didn't realize it until I had unpacked all my stuff and realized the bathtub and closet space were configured for someone who needed wheelchair access. I don't like that I took a space that could have been saved for someone with disabilities. Other than that...great hotel.
