This cozy room is newly renovated with newly installed split- type a/c, wood floor and separate sliding door entrance with private full bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with plenty of free parking space. It's walking distance to MTS bus going to downtown San Diego. Minutes away to supermarkets, groceries, malls and restaurants.
The room is fully furnished With queen mattres bed, provides with flannel comforter, pillows, 65” tv( Netflix), mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, clothing steamer.

I was extremely happy with this stay. The access to the room was easy. The room itself was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Having a fridge in the microwave in there was very helpful. When I go back to San Diego again I will absolutely be checking to see if this is available. I would highly recommend these accommodations for anyone going to the area.

Delightful Accommodation for Singles or Couples

This room was exactly the right size for me and my needs during my visit. I didn't need to cook, so the microwave, mini-fridge & toaster helped with my leftovers.The private bathroom was nicer than the one I have at home! The mini-split AC and ceiling fan were appreciated for keeping the room cool during the Summer. The TV is an excellent size for the room and well-placed. The neighborhood is beautiful, although sometimes street parking near the home is a challenge. Based on my previous VRBO rentals, I am used to more proactive communication from the property manager about the check-in process & wi-fi information. That said, I received a very quick response every time I reached out with a question. A lovely Chula Vista stay!

Exactly what I needed

Everything was exactly as I expected. Comfortable accommodations. Check in time was 3pm. Compact refrigerator, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, large tv. Street parking was a non-issue.

Great place to stay for solo travel. Just need a better wifi access other than that its an excellent place to stay! And definitely coming back next year
