My room was clean, staff members were friendly, parking was simple. Hotel is located super close to shuttle stop that takes you to the Gaylord Pacific Convention Center. I do recommend renting a car if you plan to visit nearby attractions. It’s easy to hop on the highway and get anywhere you want to go. The 7/11 store next door and nearby fast food joints were convenient.

Staff were always polite and helpful. There was some confusion on my part about how many breakfasts were included in the stay. The breakfast was fine when free but at $13.50, it was not a great value. Room temperature was locked at an uncomfortably high temperature. No one would change it or unlock the thermostat. The room is small but well designed. Fixtures and furniture are modern and functional. This was my second stay. I think it a good value and will return.

Room was clean and comfortable - I especially enjoyed the firm yet fluffy pillows on the bed. The bathroom and shower were very spacious. Easy to access room and breakfast amenities were appreciated. Front desk staff was extremely accomodating and friendly - even greeted me by name each time I returned from an outing. Thank you!
