Good hotel. Only problem is….
Front desk girl on dayshift was very nice and helped us with our problem with the chair in our room. Don’t know her name because no one wears a name tag. Breakfast attendant was very friendly and kept the food at breakfast well stocked. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Lots of satellite channels. Lots of good things to say, but my only complaint would be that no one wears a name tag. I worked for Marriott for many years and we would be in trouble for not wearing a name tag. I would like to say who was good and who was not so good but I can’t do that because I have no idea what their names are. Not sure why the policy is to not wear name tags there because that’s a little suspicious. It almost seems like they don’t wear name tags that way if they screw up you can’t really let managers know. It’s a little silly to say yeah that guy with the dark hair, 6 feet tall you know which one I’m talking about! Anywa, One front desk clerk I came up to him to ask a question and said hi “Raj” (he reminded me of my friend Raj) because I had no idea what his name was because he doesn’t wear a name tag and he says who?? I said, sorry I don’t know what your name is so I just took a chance at what your name was, and he just stared at me and never told me his name.
