I was concerned a pet-friendly hotel that my room may smell like pets but I should have been concerned about the smell of marijuana and regular cigarette smoke. It was awful. The rooms were ok but the carpet needs replaced badly.

I had a good stay at Sonesta. I was extremely concerned about the flooring. Some parts of the floor near the kitchen area seemed very soft and the tile in the bathroom was POORLY done. I strongly recommend some renovations.

We were not impressed with this place. Staff was not helpful. They were actually quite clueless behind the front desk with no professionalism. Hallways reaked of pot. Always had to ask for coffee for the room. They never fixed the conditioner dispenser. The fireplace was a disappointment to say the least. NOT worth the upgrade. I never stayed at a Sonesta however now I know what I need to know. It's a clean 2 star hotel. That's it!

Staff was unreachable when needed for thinga auch as additional towels etc due to no maid service on weekends,breakfast bar consisted of apples and cereal as they would only put out a few of the other items such as bagels and muffins. The hotel was not family/kid friendly as it seems to be the party spot especially late night in the parking lot.

The breakfast options were: breakfast sandwiches for the microwave, yogurt, pancake machine maker, with strawberry or blueberry syrup, white bread, everything bagel, apple and orange juice, granola bars, Oatmeal, coffee and tea. The cost was good and Whitney was pleasant and on top of her job. The tub and sink were backed up but their maintenance staff were quick to resolve the issue. Their kitchenette was clean and dishes were clean. Beds were comfortable and they refreshed the rooms when we wash gone. The halls smelled from time to time, they allow dogs to stay and the 1st floor near the exit smelled real bad of dog and waste. Parking was great. Lobby and dining area were great and clean. Would I stay again. I would just would bring a couple of my cleaning items and room sprays for the hall.

Had to switch rooms 2 times. 1st room bathroom sink clogged water never drained out,2nd room smelled stale like smoke and found roaches in bathroom,3rd room found hair in refrigerator. Was too late to find another hotel.kids running up and down the halls thoughout the night,very loud.people just lingering outside,seemed like they were high.someone mentioned that its a place for battered women and homelss folks.i am.not judging ...just should be respectful for folks that has driven and traveled to stay.was so tired but it was so loud.Didnt like the carpet. Inside room very clean and nice except the one with the roaches in it.i did wipe everything down .asked for another towel and wash cloth because it was 3 of us....never got it until the morning because they said i had to turn old ones in....i wasnt satisfied. Property manager said she'll give me a partial refund. I did not like this stay,will not stay here again.
