Ryan, our host, was fantastic and always quick to reply to our messages. The house was lovely, nestled in a lively, emerging neighborhood. It offered plenty of space and charm for four adults and two kids, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Fit our family of 5 for Thanksgiving! Updated decor. Comfortable beds. Nice water pressure. Could have used more trash bags, tissues, kitchen towels, dishwasher pods, curtains. Tripping hazards throughout house with loose vent covers and odd bathroom layout. Front door could be more secure/insulated. Washing machine is faulty. Close to shopping, dining, and UC!

We loved the house! It was very clean and well equipped! Only thing I would suggest is putting ceiling fans in all rooms, it does get stuffy. Also, maybe adding another sofa.

We had a great stay in Cincinnati. The house was updated and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to downtown. Highly recommend this rental! Ryan was a great host!
