La ventana de la habitacion estaba rota y con el aire hacia demasiado ruido que no dejaba dormir, el clima también hacia ruido y goteaba agua, la televisión no se podía ver ningún canal y el chico que estaba en recepción no hizo nada por dar una solución al problema y no había agua caliente.

La propiedad está descuidada, el elevador estaba fuera de servicio, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, mi reserva decía que tenía vista a la calle, y había una pared detrás de la ventana. La alberca estaba sucia y la tele de una de las habitaciones que reservé no se veía. Les doy un 10 de 10 al personal que labora en el hotel TODOS sin excepción son muy amables y serviciales.
