Welcome to The Elk House! Relax in this upscale home within Suncadia Resort. A short stroll to Swiftwater Winery, golf, tubing and resort hiking/biking. This 3-bedroom home fits 2 families comfortably with lots of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

This beautiful home has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a large kitchen island. The main floor has an ideal open floor plan with the dining area seating 8 and 4 bar stools at the island.


Located on the prestigious Black Nugget Lane, this home is walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars winery and bike/walking trails and Suncadia Lodge. Black Nugget is a quiet community with large property plots that ensure a unique and private experience.


Bedroom Situation:
1. Main floor Primary Suite with king bed
2. Upstairs guest room with walk in closet, king bed and desk/monitor/printer
3. Upstairs bunk room with 3 Twin over Full bunks.

- Must be kenneled if left alone in the home. We know everyone thinks their dog is well behaved, but when alone in a strange place they can scratch, chew and misbehave.

-Must be on leash per Suncadia policy. There is an off-leash dog park at Dawson Park close by!

We reply promptly between 8am-5pm via phone, email, text or Airbnb messaging. After hours emergency contacts provided in the digital guidebook.

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available close by at the winery.

This is our second time staying in this gorgeous home and will continue to be our preferred location for any trips to the Suncadia area. The home has everything our family needs and is so comfortable. We bring our pup along and really appreciate that dogs are welcome in this home and has eacsy access to so many outdoor spaces for dogs (and people ).

Great Spring Break Getaway!

We had a great time at the Elk House! The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We saw lots of wild life and enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit. It was the perfect house for 3 families with 2 small boys! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Family Field Trip

Two family get away with kids that was just magical. The house had everything we needed and we had such fun. A wonderful trip full of snow, laughs, visits from elk and deer, relaxing in the hot tub and just a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Overall excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely comforatable, clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. It's the little touches that Beth does for this property that really made our stay even better. The location was perfect - walking distance for everything, even in the snow. Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Elk House this past weekend. Beth was a great hostess and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed for check-in.
