Welcome to 1280 Snowberry Loop located in a quiet area of the forest in the Prospector Neighborhood. This vacation rental home has something for everyone, making it a perfect headquarters from which to explore all that Suncadia has to offer.
This spacious home offers an open concept with soaring ceilings, lots of windows, wood beams and floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The great room has cozy seating around the extra-large TV, and easy access to the covered patio. Enjoy the forest scenery from the inside or outside.
The adjacent dining area can seat up to eight for wonderful meals with family and friends and the open floor plan provides an easy flow to the living room and kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen offers solid surface countertop space in addition to an island that can seat an additional 4 people. It has stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas stove top and beautiful wooden cabinetry. You will find everything you need to prepare snacks or full course meal.
While the adults are enjoying company downstairs, the second- floor bonus room is a perfect getaway for the kids. There is a large sectional sofa, TV, and a sink and a small fridge for snacks while watching movies.
Then, there is the heated garage game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey and pop a shot the entire family will enjoy.
The covered patio has a gas BBQ and dining table that seats six. After dinner, discover the hot tub or relax while star gazing in front of the fire pit.
