"Pine Breeze" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the Stovehouse. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. Just across the street is a fun community children’s play structure and outdoor basketball court.

Step inside this mountain retreat and you will be greeted by a spacious, contemporary rustic home with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents, large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen flow together seamlessly and offer a place to entertain, share meals, or play games for the entire family. The living room with comfortable seating for 6, large smart TV with XBox player and floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the perfect blend of cozy and convenient with direct access to all areas inside and out.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, a TV and an attached private bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* The 2nd floor guest bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* The 2nd floor bunk room has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle.
* The 2nd floor king guest bedroom and bunk room are supported by a hallway guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
*Just off the main floor entry is an additional ½ bath and full laundry facilities.

For larger groups you can rent Miners Gold next door and have two side-by-side 3 Bedroom homes!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 2-3 cars in the garage and driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in overflow parking at the Inn at Suncadia. **

We absolutely loved this house. This was our 3rd different house we have rented in Suncadia and we will definitely be back to this house. The location is perfect and we all enjoyed having the trail right out the door. Can't wait to get back!

Wonderful Home

We LOVED our stay at Pine Breeze, the location was great, the unit was beautiful and spacious, they had some toys for the kids and some fun things in the garage to play with. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub and fire pit were great! Even though the neighbors were close, I never felt a lack of privacy. Our family is already planning to make Pine Breeze a yearly trip!

Beautiful rental in Suncadia

This is a really nice place in Suncadia close to a lot of activities the area has to offer. It's great for a small family or group of friends. Very clean and well maintained and the interior of the house is really nice. Very fun game room in the garage too.

Perfect cozy home

My husband and I went for a weekend get away. Easy house to get to, it was in a great location minutes from the on site restaurants. Fire and hot tub were easy to use. This is a great place to stay with a small young family. The only downfall was it was on the main road so when you were in the backyard people walking by could look in at you.
