Yes, the room was spotless and the staff was courteous. Juan (the Hospitality Specialist at the front desk), along with the manager Tiffany, were very helpful in assisting us with the modification of our reservation.

Hotel smelt of smoke when it was supposed to be 100% smoke free. Had to request to clean room on a long stay. But once requested room was cleaned well. Staff at reception and breakfast area need better training on customer care. Except for one person who was training a girl rest staff need improvement. However great location for my requirement with restaurants and shops close by.

We were placed in a room that had a huge smoking smell, with smoke alarm detached and beer can in the fridge. Bathroom was extremely small and dirty. Carpet was extremely dirty. Beds were too small. Overall, it was very uncomfortable for us. Would not recommend to anyone
