Great location. Accessible by mass transit and steps away from the Rick and Roll Hall Of Fame. Shuttle bus service was available but we did not use it. 20 mins to downtown restaurants and shopping. The downside is the property is poorly maintained and dated. It was clean and the service was great. The major complaint was the price of breakfast for 2 was about 60$. The value and location were outstanding.

Bad place to stay

Service was terrible. First day, room was not cleaned. I informed front desk to remind someone to clean the room the next day. Second day, room still not cleaned. Shampoo and body wash containers empty. Nobody came to refill. Damage to door not repaired. Dirty room and many things needed fixing. Front desk was no help at all. I do not recommend you book this place. It is a building in dis-repair.

Check-in was great. I wish they offerednl regular chocolate chip cookies instead of the ones with nuts in it. The shuttle service makes staying here worth it. They'll take you anywhere within a mile of the hotel and the drivers know that area well. I would stay here again.

The hotel was convenient for the Huntingdon Convention Center: not far to walk and even easier with the hotel shuttle bus. The bedroom was ok and I enjoyed the effective airconditioning. The bathroom is very small and the lighting is not good - I could just about see well enough to shave but it would be completely insufficient for a lady to do her makeup. On the negative side, housekeeping never came to the room on the first day and engineering did not go to the room to fix the non-working plug for the bathroom sink, even though I specifically spoke to the front desk to ask for these to be done. Housekeeping did do the room on the second day but engineering still did not fix the plug properly. The front desk staff were friendly but perhaps there is a communication problem when it comes to getting things fixed.

The room was in bad shape. Wallpaper was peeling, ceiling had cracks and missing plaster, bathroom was very dirty and had stained wallpaper and signs of water damage. Staff was great and friendly. Shuttle service was nice amenity.

The elevator in the parking garage was broken. We made our way back in, headed to our room that was already occupied by someone else.😳 Then given a new room, but was not a deluxe as we reserved a month ago. Was told they did not have a queen deluxe available. Was told I should contact Expedia for a refund. Told her I booked the room a month ago. Then was given a King deluxe room instead of a queen. The ice machine was broken on our floor. The best part is that it was easy to walk to the Roc and Roll hall of fame. Plus local restaurants.

The rooms were tired and not particularly clean (beds, for example, had old stains). The fitted carpeting needs serious freshening up (the smell in the room had an unpleasant quality). The safes were not functioning. Electrical plugs were not properly affixed in the wall. Room windows looked like they haven't been cleaned for a while. Floor corridors also had an unpleasant smell. Generally, the property could do with a bit of renovation and focus on cleanliness.

The hotel needs a full scrub down. There was mold on the shower curtain, the stopper in the sink was broken and there was no vent. The bed was clean and comfy and the WiFi worked.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Room did not get cleaned over stay. Shuttle service around town was great but had some hiccups and delays with it a couple times. Room service not available despite indications (phone button, menu for restaurant in online guide) that it would be— supposedly you can order over the phone and then go down and get it but I called and no one ever picked up. There is another Hilton (not Doubletree) several blocks away that taxi service thought I meant and dropped me off so make sure to give full name and address if being driven from airport.

I'ts a good hotel with a good location near the Huntington Convention center But it"s a little bit in need of renovetion
