I stayed here for three nights, the woman who checked me in was so friendly! my room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of sunset, I had a few difficulties with my TV and the staff was so helpful even though they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, also since the jacuzzi and business center were not available and there was no breakfast one morning due to the chef not being able to come in, I was compensated immediately with out asking they were so nice and apologetic The manager Mo was so accommodating he himself got me a bagel and a bowl of fruit since there was no chef. He has also really chosen the best staff! Thank you so much 💕

Staff were great! Room was clean. Previous guest broke the toilet handle but I reported it when we arrived. Our room was in a quiet area in the 4th floor. We were very pleased. The only negative was there were no luggage carts anywhere. We had lots of Christmas gifts for our grandkids, so we made several trips up to the room. The receptionist said guests take the carts to their rooms and keep them until checkout. I would suggest taking a driver’s license as a hold until cart is returned to prevent this ridiculous practice in the future.

The hotel looked nice online, but the stay was very disappointing. We booked for a week to be close to family and it was the Hilton, but the property fell far below expectations. The jacuzzi was permanently closed, and none of the ice machines worked. The room felt like a rundown motel — dust behind furniture, rust on fixtures, stains on walls and carpet, peeling paint, and a cracked tub. Basic amenities were lacking; when we asked for cutlery, we were given a single plastic set because they were “out.” The restaurant was poorly staffed and constantly out of items. Breakfast juice was often unavailable, and service was mediocre at best. Housekeeping only came once during our 7-day stay, after repeated requests, and even then the room wasn’t properly cleaned. For the price, this felt like a two-star motel at best. Definitely not worth what we paid.

I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for 3 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, the front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful. During my stay, the toilet overflowed, causing water to cover the bathroom floor. When I called the front desk for assistance, the front desk guy only brought towels and a plunger. No effort was made to properly clean or fix the issue, and I was forced to leave standing water on the floor overnight until 11:00 a.m. the next day, which was unacceptable. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, which made the situation even worse. The walls are extremely thin—the guest above me was stomping and making noise all night, every night of my stay. In addition, guests across the hall were repeatedly loud in the hallway, sounding like they were having a party, with no apparent staff intervention. The food was nasty, and the waiter was rude. After eating at the hotel, I experienced constipation, which added to the discomfort of my stay. I also reacted to the pillowcase, which caused my left cheek to break out, raising concerns about cleanliness and laundry practices. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Between the rude staff, cleanliness issues, noise disturbances, and poor food quality, I would not recommend this location.
