We would not go back. Rooms are nice but you still get a smokey smell in the halls. We had an issue with the sensor lights turning on all night for no reason keeping us up. They gave us tape to block it but didn’t really work. We ended up just packing up at 3am and going home.

The staff was friendly, the room was great, and the spa was amazing. Definitely will be going back for the spa since we didn't know you can use their amenities before or after your appointment, like the sauna, steamed room, showers, pool, and other things. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Excelente security , Elizabeth on the front desk amazing. The only issue: The do not clean that room daily except if you startore the 3 nights, we are not very happy about that and I guess because that casino the room's have smoke smelling.

Friendliness & Housekeeping

ALL the staff seemed unhappy and extremely slow with service. Housekeeping never cleaned our room despite being out of the room from 9am to 3:30pm.

Not for early birds .

Parking was starlight forward and easy plus free Valet if you choose . Never stayed at a Hotel that required each person in the room to have to present their ID to gain access to the elevators . No breakfast till 8 am on site .
