Double charged and uncomfortable beds

At check-in the staff member charged us for our room a second time even though we had paid for the room in full online when we reserved. This resulted in waiting almost 30 minutes to get this resolved. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, for such a prosperous casino, it would seem they could replace the mattresses or add pillow toppers. We enjoyed our time here, and delicious food, but it started out rough and we’re very disappointed with the beds.

Celebrate 45th Anniversary & 65th Birthday!

Service was great! Could be better if there were more employees, especially on a Saturday, to check us in after a 3 hour drive. Very CLEAN! The bed was a little too firm. Love the pillows, so soft and plush. We LOVE how cool the room is when we walked in after driving in more than 100 degree heat!

I had a terrible night due to some out of control guests next door. Arguing, screaming and yellin from 8pm til 2 am. Called the front desk twice. They did everything they could to make them quiet. I don't want to give this place a bad review, because it's out of their hands. But i ended up physically unwell and overly tired for the upcoming 8 hour motorcycle ride.

We have stayed quite a bit here and love bringing the kids for a night away. Staff is great, clean, great food and kids love the pool

It was OK. There are too many people smoking in non-smoking areas, even under the non-smoking sign. I know this is a casino but still. The bed sheet smelled, not fresh but used. It says family friendly but i would not recommend this place for a family with children.
