Designed with details straight out of Middle-earth, this enchanting retreat blends storybook charm with modern comfort.
Some of our favorite features of the Hobbit House include:
- Redwood hot tub serviced and available year round, ready to refresh the weary traveler
- Relax by the fireplace* with a cup of tea (or second breakfast!)
- Propane firepit, a great place to sing your song or reflect on your adventure!
- Kitchen fully stocked to cook many a meals, so you can feed those unexpected wizards that might stop by!
- Propane BBQ Grill usable year round
- Mini split heating and AC units in each bedroom and living room to ensure comfort year round
- Starlink Wifi for the modern day hobbit who needs to work or catch up with the world

*Please note that during the summer and fall months, indoor fireplace is unavailable due to Madera County wood burning restrictions. Dates are subject to change per county guidelines.
