The modern three-bedroom Villa can accommodate up to six people and boasts an airy and light design with warm finishes. It offers all the necessary amenities, as well as some luxurious touches, perfect for a tropical getaway by the Pacific Ocean!

The enchanting Villa Arlen is quietly tucked away on a peaceful road in the heart of Mal Pais, just far enough from the main road so guests enjoy total seclusion throughout their stay, but only a walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and breathtaking beaches with world-class surf breaks. The home can accommodate six people comfortably, with three spacious bedrooms featuring king beds, as well as a sofa in the bright living room. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook the perfect meal, along with brand new appliances and a large island in the middle of the space. The gated outdoor area is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or for hanging out with friends, offering total privacy and tranquility, with a large pool, shaded lounge area with an outdoor shower. Beautiful place at a great location

The units here are really beautiful, spacious, modern and clean. The property manager is real nice and was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. The location is really close (walking distance) to a beach access street and about a 7-minute walk to the main restaurants and stores of Carmen and Santa Teresa. I would definitely stay here again.
