Lots of thoughtful amenities like beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach bag, toys and towels, everything needed for a great outing to the beach, which is connected to the condos via private walkway. Unit is nicely appointed, and the onsite pool is excellent with depth ranging to 8.5 feet. Well-kept grounds. Many restaurants and attractions nearby. Quiet place with respectful visitors. Dedicated parking. In-unit washer-dryer. Nice patio with several chairs near the pool. Comfortable beds, strong AC and shower water pressure. Nice dining area/living room. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. No ocean view but the beach is about 100 yards away and near a pier where we booked surf lessons and the kids enjoyed the Chuck E. Cheese arcade. Beach is well-patrolled by police. Lots of families enjoying the sun and sand, but none of the beach noise makes it back to the condos. Really an ideal vacation spot.

Wonderful experience

The property looked exactly like it was pictured on the site. Check in was a very simple process that was communicated through the site so we had the information. All we had to do was wait until the unit was available. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. There were many extras provided to make the stay comfortable, including plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen items, even beach items that were super convenient. Checkout information was laid out conveniently for us to follow as well. Location was excellent, just a few steps through the courtyard to the beach. Lots of things to do in the local area as well as short distances away. Super quick and easy to walk out the door in the morning and set ourselves up at the beach. Very pleased with our experiences with the property, the management, and the site. Will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.
