Comfy, great price, and great location

Unless you are looking for a resort, can’t beat the location and price. I don’t visit Cocoa to sit in the room, so it provides everything I need, comfortably.

We were assigned to Suite 305 and when we opened the door there was a musty odor to the suite, therefore I asked for some air freshner and was given Febreze. Which did help the odor. Also the mini refrigerator has rust on the door and inside was not cleaned nor defrosted. Also that evening I discovered a ROACH crawling on the wall and I took a picture of it. Also the sleeper sofa cushions were stained. The pictures on the website did not match the actual suite. But the staff was courtesy and friendly.

The elevator smelt of bug spray everytime we got on or off. The room was clean enough. One of the remotes was broken and you had to gold the batteries in to make it work. The sprinklers were hanging out, as was the fire alarm. There were cracks around the mirror and wall in the bathroom. The furniture was falling apart in spots and was not cleaned from previous guests and was sticky from spilt messes. There were sketchy individuals hanging around the outside of the hotel. The area has alot of homeless individuals so they were just loitering. The coffee maker was not cleaned from the previous guests. You get what you paid for. It worked for a night and was literally 2 blocks from the beach.

Great place to stay.

Friendly staff, and clean rooms with a view of the beach.Also,Waffle House was only a few feet away, so we didn't have to go far for dinner. Highly recommend.

The rooms smelled of what can only be described as rancid standing water. There was no availability of drinking water in the rooms, nowhere to buy a snack, nowhere around to have breakfast. It just wasn't what was is expected of a property with a 7+ rating on Expedia.

The king size bed was hard as a rock. There was an extension cord ran under the mattress to plug the lamp in on one of the queen beds. A fire hazard
