Living space

Step inside and you'll find a thoughtfully furnished home designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The open living area invites you to unwind after a full day of Florida adventure, separated by a mini bar and arranged to make gathering easy. Room-darkening shades, air conditioning, and ample clothing storage keep every corner of the home comfortable and practical.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals with the whole crew. Custom granite countertops, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a hot water kettle are all at your disposal - along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Whether it's a casual breakfast before hitting the beach or a group dinner after a day on the water, this kitchen handles it all.



Sleeping arrangements

Nine beds across six bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests in comfort. The layout includes 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 5 twin beds - a versatile mix that works well for families, groups of friends, or a combination of both. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are all provided.



Bathrooms

Four bathrooms keep things running smoothly for a full house. Essentials are covered - bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, hot water, and cleaning products included.

The backyard is where this home really shines. A pool takes center stage, surrounded by lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. The furnished patio gives you a front-row seat to the pool and lagoon views, while an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach effortless. A BBQ grill is on hand for outdoor dining, and beach essentials - including towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the sand.

Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

If you would like to heat the pool, you must give us 24 hours notice, and pay in full prior to us turning the heat on. We charge $50/day for the pool heater to be turned on.
