Everything was perfect, from the check-in, cleanliness of the room, the breakfast attendant was really nice, and kept the buffet full at all times. It was also great to have extra towels when needed. The manager was really nice too, so was the front desk. Very professional.

My son and I loved this hotel!!! The staff and location are the best! He had a surf lesson 5 min walk from the hotel on the beach. Their pool is deep and next to the beach. The pier is next to them on the beach. The breakfast was great. There’s only a few local car services so the hotel kindly recommended Rocky who drove us to MCO. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

This hotel was really a pleasure! We only stayed one night before our cruise the next day, unfortunately. The rooms were clean and everything worked properly. So many hotels spout 'beach or ocean front but are not. This one was as advertised ON Y BEACH. I plan to come back for vacation only and stay longer

They need to have a bar open until at least 9 or 10 at night. It would be nice to sit outside, listen to the ocean and have a tropical drink. The bar closes at 6PM.

Excellent location. They tried very hard to keep the property clean but the aging is showing more on the elevator that is extremely slow. They have 2 but only one working! Also the flooring in common area is aging. The breakfast area is very small. Breakfast is below expectations.

The best hotel for location. Close to the pier. We had a lovely dinner at the pier restaurant overlooking people surfing. It was warm and sunny - so relaxing.

Great for a stopover before joining a cruise

Robin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we had a room with a view. Also from the upper floor of the hotel we were able to watch a SpaceX launch which was an extra bonus.

The pool is heated and working. I was amazed by this. Breakfast was good. I’ve had a lot worse. I was impressed with the breakfast.

Nice place close to beach and Cocoa beach pier. Walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store. Clean and staff were very friendly and helpful

Clean up the mess of garbage and construction materials to the right of the boardwalk going to the beach and I would give this a five star on everything

We were told by staff the only King Ocean View rooms were the farthest back. For future patrons....if you choose this room type make sure you are on 5th or 6th floor or you will be looking into building next door.
