Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home, with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better! Restaurants are nearby, and the full-length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! Pets allowed under 35 lbs. 25.00 per day pet fee with owner approval.

This condo was perfect for our visit! It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It’s updated features and decor were beautiful and functional. The balcony ocean view was perfect for my sunrise coffee and afternoon shaded siesta. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated that the building has an elevator as well as secure covered parking.

Proximity to beach a 10 out of 10. View a 10. Location a 10. Host a 10 out of 10. Bed comfort a 10. Parking availability/security a 10. Pool a 7, not heated & very cold. Noise level a 7 as AC sounded like water was continuously running 24/7. Cleanliness generally okay at 7 out of 10 but the bathrooms, floors and baseboards need a thorough, deep cleaning occasionally. I would still recommend this condo & would definitely consider staying there again.
