What a lovely home. Clean as a whistle, well appointed with high end furnishings and appliances, beautiful accessories and a very relaxing backyard. Levi was very helpful and responsive. The location is convenient and in a quiet safe neighborhood.We will definitely rent here again.

Beautifully staged with higher end furnishings and kitchen tools, comfortable bed, close to beach. Cute stock tank pool and enclosed back patio. Great place to stay. The only downside is that the house is on a busy main thoroughfare, but it’s well insulated so traffic noise was not a problem for us. Highly recommend this listing.

Lovely, clean property. Obviously very well maintained and beautifully decorated! Very fresh and clean! Look forward to a future stay at Cocoa Cabana with Pool, while visiting family in Cocoa Beach! Host provided prompt answers to a few questions I had before our stay. Highly recommend this property and plan to return!
