After a long 12 hrs drive with our grandchildren, we were One bed short, pool was very very green, bins were full just wasn't happy with the overall experience. I would like to thank the young man who tried to help us out.

Terrible place with a filthy pool. Arrived to no reception with no instructions to check in. Left numerous messages with Winning Holidays but no return calls received.

When I arrived to check in there was no one at the property and the reception area was locked. Numerous calls to the property went unanswered. I had to find last minute alternative accommodation for myself and my family of 5

Definately not as described, pool green and filthy despite being middle of summer. Spa empty and not cared for, shared BBQ unhygienic. And the room, disgusting! Blinds mouldy, lounge delaminating, cushion mouldy, fridge greasy and uncleaned, furniture condition is disgraceful. No coffee cups. The villas are aging but thats ok and you can expect wear and tear but theres no excuse furniture and fittings being this bad. Positive it is close to beach and easy to find. Sheets and towels clean and fresh. The price (over $200 a night) is not worth it.

Perfect place for a good night's rest

Just off the main road, management has strict instruction for late-night noise so easy to get a good night's sleep, leather sofas and beds are more comfortable than most others. Very good communication with site manager, very clear instructions on how to go about contactless checkin. Spacious lounge and kitchen, carpark right outside of the villa, easy in and easy out. Will definitely stay here again.

Rather unpleasant smell to the chalet ( they are not, as advertised “villas” ) small and at $175 per night comparatively expensive. Would not return.

The verticals were old and brittle ,no shampoo or conditioner ,could do with blinds for privacy in the kitchen. .The tapes were a bit dodgy the cold water tap in the kitchen I was unable to turn it on. The place is in bad need of refurbishing .The cabin it self was very clean.Beautiful lady who looked after me.

Family Friendly at a fantastic price

A 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and along the beach to the Jetty, about a kilometre, comfortable cabin that can sleep 4. Price was really good.Only problem was that there was no shampoo or hairdryer and we did not bring any as all other accommodation usually provide it. Will visit again and bring the kids along.

So central to everywhere we wanted to go, great value for money in peak holiday season, Excellent communication and genuine care, Jeanette was lovely. Private and fully self contained, Foxtel was a bonus as was the free WIFI. Will see you guys again in Easter, Thank you Laurel

It was quiet enough even we were in end unit close to round about. Parking next to unit was bit challenging at times. Landlady Janet was very helpful with internet issue and resolved quickly. Units a bit datec but overall had a relaxing weekend. Close to bdach, shops and bowls club
