It was built to incorporate rustic, organic elements with contemporary features and to complement the surrounding Vermont beauty. Enjoy a view of the secluded backyard canopy from the back deck, or soak up the afternoon sun while feeling the breeze from the large front windows.

This cozy oasis includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a tranquil and open bedroom, a full bathroom, a heat pump, an electric fireplace, a private deck, and an entrance. It also has a washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and a great couch to lounge on! There is even an outdoor storage space. Enjoy the open, tiled shower with a rain bath fixture and custom lighting options throughout the space. Be prepared to relax!

We are located one mile from bars, restaurants, and the nightlife of Winooski, but also only three miles from downtown Burlington. In addition, Bayside Beach in Malletts Bay is just three miles to the North where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and pedal boats during the summer months. It is a short drive from The University of Vermont, Saint Michael’s College, the Burlington Airport, and a half-hour from some of New England's best skiing.
