We booked two rooms. All hideous bathrooms. Infested with bugs and rodents. All our food had holes in it. We heard rodents physically in the room at night. Once you turn shower on all bugs come out of drain. When I tell you it was disgusting it was gagging. WE COMPLAINED. and we are still waiting on compensation. We do not recommend this hotel at all unless u want to sleep with bugs and rodents. Smells horrible.

Safe, spacious, parking and clean. Nice staff, just not enough staff to help fix tv. Lighting isnt great in room and breakfast wasnt good, however its free so it's good enough!

This was what was expected for the price. They only had 1 elevator working and it was slow. There is space opening under the door so you can people in the hallway or from other rooms. The beds were really high so it was as you had to jump up there. The pillows started off as fluffy but then go flat so neck would hurt. The shower curtain length was too short, not sure why it was designed the way it was. While those are negatives, I expected that for the rate I paid. The staff were friendly, enjoyed the breakfast, love the bathroom mirror and counter space. The gas station and food places are walkable. The Metro train is near so you take a uber, bus or walk if you up for it.

Finding single rooms that sleep a family of 6 that don't cost an arm and a leg is very hard, but this was perfect for us! The breakfast buffet was a hit with my boys. My one vomplaint would be that the beds were not very comfortable. I'd still come back!

Cool while it lasted, but no.

It’s condition just got worst over the years. Only one elevator works and it’s dirty. The whole stairwell smells like urine. Barely any drinks or snacks. Stains all over everything on the room. Burn marks on the dressers and tables. And my remote didn’t work for the tv. I used to stay there often but not anymore.Just wasn’t clean.

Price is decent but honestly won't stay again.

Only 1 elevator for the entire property to access. It was very slow. The front door was very noisy. The whole building smelled like marijuana. The hallways were dirty and there was trash on the floor of the elevator the entire weekend. There wasn't much to choose from For breakfast and the only recommendatoon for food I received from the front desk was 1 restaurant. I was also given the option of door dash or GrubHub which is expensive.

The property should really disclose that there is a large number of “long term” stayers. People are living here and are up late in halls, roaming around.
