Parking was easy, and they have cameras everywhere. Room was not the cleanest one, however the linens were clean. It may be that whomever painted last didn't use a drop cloth and the paint droplets looks like dirt on the darker floor. My standard additional door safelock tool for security didn't work on this door as the prongs were not spaced enough. Would suggest to bring a door stopper instead. Bathroom is showing some age and the walls had some suspicious stains.

The 1st room had roaches . The 2nd they move me to LITERALLY HAD A MOUSE in it. The 3rd room seriously had a pile of CAT FOOD on the floor by the air conditioner unit.

I had the worst experience ever when I stepped inside this hotel and it was totally unfair because I was not able to get my refund back when I never even got the chance to get keys to the room and I paid upfront which I can't do always but someone blessed me, so I called myself doing the right thing. But the young lady at the Front Desk lied to my face; meanwhile I did what she told me to do in order to get the proper action done with my issue. The young lady whom I spoke with at horels.com told me that she spoke with the General Manager from the Property and it was told me which now a whole different lie because I was told nobody from Management was in the building to help me with my issue I was having but now all of a sudden when it is hotels.com policy now the General Manager has appeared so I'm confused; upset; and very much unhappy with the staff; their lack of accountability which says a lot about this Brands Misson and Values because in my personal option neither one of them was met. But thank you all so much for showing your true colors to me and I give you my very word that U will never patronize this establishment ever again and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to express my concerns with them. Thank you all so much for your time in reviewing my review.
