The room was a bit worn/dated, but overall it was fine. A big plus is the location — there are bus stops right nearby, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to Victoria Market. We also really liked having access to a shared kitchen, so we could bring our own food and cook something when we wanted.

The room was a good size as was the bathroom. Nice little area in the room with fridge and kettle. No lift, so be aware for suitcases. Parking available for $25 a day which isn't bad for the area and not many offer parking. Right in tram line 57 and walkable to main area of city in about 25 mins.

Reception staff very friendly. Room very clean - shower excellent, beds and pillows very comfortable. Location is sensational quick walk to trams, local shops, Victoria Market and even the CBD not too far away. Guest kitchen clean and well set out. Was just what was needed for an overnight stay to see a concert.

Convient location and reasonably priced. Effective cooling and heating. Noise from hallway slightly loud. Also note you have to step up into the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. We have stayed before and will likely stay again
