Staff was very kind . Rooms were not to par. Needs to be noted when rooms are being renovated or need to be. We were compensated for the furniture concerns/ damage . We will try again another time , they heard our concerns .

There wasn’t any heat in the room we waited an hour, it never warmed up, the room had a stink Oder. We called the front desk. They gave us another room that room and the phone wasn’t working and the couch was ran down. So we ended up in a 3rd room. We got here at 8:30 didn’t get settled in until 11:00 pm
