The check-in and check-out were very slow with inexperienced staff needing to speak to supervisors. Supervisors should probably be present when queues building up

Poor check-in experience. Redundant and inefficient processes, such as keying in all ID information and then also taking photos of them,this process repeated for both me and my wife, keying in credit card receipt numbers and information back in to the hotel reservation system, etc.) When asked about these time consuming processes, was told that this is how all their hotels operate which immediately helped me to decide not to use any cinnamon brand hotel for my next stay 😂. The floors were carpeted and the musky smells were overwhelming especially in the corridors. Only two bath towels were in the room. No hand or face towels. The coffee/tea station in the room lacked basic necessities - no coasters, no glass, etc. Room was not made up until after 3pm. The staff was mechanical - not very helpful. It’s almost like these people had no idea how to run a hotel. Quite surprised by the poor experience- failed to meet basic expectations. Will avoid Cinnamon hotels in the future.

Overall Service Was Great

Stayed for 13 nights. Overall house keeping, restaurant service, etc. was excellent. Hospitality was great. Bed was comfortable. Room for improvement with carpets (smells musky), recommend replacing AC filters more often, and ensuring mold doesn't build up in the bathroom between tiles and on shower ceiling.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights prior to leaving for USA. The facilities offered matched our needs. The room was functional and modern. The TV was difficult to operate and lacked choices. The Gym was small but had mostly needed equipment. I missed having a roving equipment. The food was not up to expectations. We will be going back as there is no other hotel that caters to travelers.
