The staff and service were excellent. Rooms were nice and spacious. Roons were clean, thanks to dixon, the cleaner. :) I gave 4 stats as the renovations are on going, and not very convient for guests during renovationd, but will ve finished in a few weeks it looks like. And it looks like they will be great.

Basic hotel, but good value and location. The staff were very helpful and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the lobby was not up to the standards of the rooms.

Mycket slitet hotellrum, luktade unket när vi kom. Det andra rummet stank rök. Trevlig personal som gjorde sitt bästa. Frukosten kom till rummet, fanns ingen matsal. Bara en kunde sitta och äta vid ett bord, den andra fick kladda i sängen. Bra wifi och centralt beläget.

・深夜1時ごろでもチェックインできました。 ・スタッフは親切です。 ・徒歩3分でFort駅まで行くバス(100/101/400)のバス停があります。Rs.40でFort駅まで行くことができます。 ・最寄りのスーパーは徒歩10分くらにCargills があります。酒も売っています。 ・Wi-Fiは20-30Mbpsで電波も途切れることなく普通に入ります。 ・お湯もちゃんと出ます。 ・ドライヤーはありません。たぶんリクエストすれば貸してもらえそうですが。 ・コンセントはテレビの下に万能タイプと、ベット横にBF、洗面所にB3があります。 ・冷蔵庫は自分の部屋はコンセントが抜かれていました。冷蔵庫を使うのならテレビのコンセントを抜いて冷蔵庫のコンセントに挿しかえてください。 ホテルによくある小型の冷蔵庫です。普通に冷えます。ペットボトルを冷凍コーナーに1日入れておくとカチカチに凍ります。 ・トイレにはトイレットペーパーがありました。たぶん流してよいのだと思いますが、、、、？？？。恐いので自分はホースのほうを使いました。 ・部屋の掃除やタオル交換はリクエストすればやってくれます。ドアに札をかけるだけだと駄目みたい。 ・ペットボトルの水500mlを2本もらえます。もしもらえなかったらリクエストしてください。 ・早朝4時くらいに従業員が大きな声で会話しながら何か（たぶん部屋の掃除）をやっていて騒がしくで目が覚めます。耳栓を持参したほうがいいです。 ・フロントデスクにいくつかお願いをしましたが、親身に対応してくれました。 この国の経済状況からしたら頑張っているほうでしょう。 他の国のホテルと同じサービスを期待して来ると気になることがあるかもしれませんが、それはスリランカの他のどのホテルに泊まっても同じのような気がします。 スリランカという国がどんな国なのかを理解しているのなら、このホテルはお勧めできます。リクエストしたことは親身に対応してくれます。
