Nice but NOT relaxing

We were in Colorado Springs for my girlfriend’s clinical hours. Very nice unit but the neighbors were so loud! We contacted the property managers to ask the upstairs neighbors to keep it down after 10pm so she can get a decent nights sleep. They were somewhat cooperative but still noisy. We could hear every step, cough and phone text buzz. The walls must’ve been very thin. The cleaning lady that came to clean the other units was very loud during the day and then the renters were very loud during the evening! Overall, the place was very nice, updated and clean but if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet place to stay, this is NOT it!
