Spacious, clean, and close to the pool

We really enjoyed our stay in our "home away from home in colorful Colorado!" The townhome was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The master bedroom is huge! It was well stocked with all the necessities and they even had some snacks for us upon arrival. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made a special stop to bring us towels and wristbands for the pool after the pool unexpectantly opened when we thought it wouldn't be. The pool was great for the kids and a very short walk from the townhouse. We would recommend this rental to friends and family staying in the Co Springs area.

Best VRBO!

I have stayed in many rentals, but this one has been my favorite! The location was within an hour of Pike's Peak and close to the Garden of the Gods. It was also spacious and modern. Additionally, the host had thought of everything we might need. From snacks, coffee pods, toiletries we might have forgotten, etc. If going to the Springs, book here, you won't be disappointed!

Go Air Force - Sink Navy!

In town for the Air Force v. Navy game for a long weekend with my wife and our AF cadet plus my brother and plebe nephew from USNA. Located in a new, clean neighborhood with a mix of townhomes and apartments, this end unit townhome is across from the community center that contains the fitness center, outdoor hot tub and pool. It was excellent for our group, very clean and comfortable with a variety of snacks and coffee/tea pre-stocked. Basic kitchen supplies helped us save $ by not eating at restaurants. Our host Beverly was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating and flexible when we arrived early and modified our trip for the extra night. We normally like to stay on the north end of town, but we will definitely be looking to return here in the future, especially when flying into COS since it's so convenient to the airport.
