Hair still all over the bathroom floor and all over the shower. Wasn't too happy about that. No coat racks in room. Witnessed one of the table game employees use the restroom then leave without washing his hands! The experience should be much better with the price of the rooms.

There were no robes in my room. Some of the refrigerator contents and snacks were missing. I made a point to notify the front desk so I wouldn’t be charged for it. They told me it was noted. Later I was charged $48 for I don’t know what? Also there should be more signs directing to the pool. It’s a maze to find it.

Housekeeping did not service the room.. I had to call for more coffee.. there is no fridge in room for customers to use. No microwave. Check I. Was ok my credit card was charged 3 times for extra fees. They are pending so we’ll see if they drop off. The rooms were expensive and I did not feel the were wit it.
