If you need anything during your stay, too bad. No one answer the phones. Stood in line at the front desk for 15 minutes to be lied to. I just needed clean towels and coffee refill since we were staying 2 nights. The rude lady at the desk told me our room would be serviced, so no worries. I ran into the maid on the way back to my room and he told me since we weren't checking out, we don't get any services. I explained the need for clean towels and coffee for the next morning; he did not care. Thankfully another worker heard our interaction and she helped me. These are not big asks, just what I paid for! Additionally, $58 resort fees, for what????? To be ignored and treated badly!

We arrived at 645pm on Friday and there was a long line of angry guests who were told they could not check in because the rooms had not been cleaned. We finally got to our room at 9pm, too late for our kids to enjoy the pool.

The room was great once we finally got in. Had to wait 4 hours to check in beyond checkin time due to a shortage of housekeepers and our room not being ready. The hotel did comp our dinner that night for our inconvenience.
