the staff was fantastic, room was clean - I wish they provided water, I did have to search for the ice machine on a different level.... one thing I was traveling alone and they put me in a room way way down the hall in a weird corner of the hotel... but other than that, my stay was great!

The front desk elderly woman was very rude my entire stay. She disrespected me upon arrival by not greeting me and when I told her I called well ahead of time to ensure my multiple rooms I rented was next to each other she got defensive and said no one would of guaranteed you rooms close by each other. When I asked for a managers name and contact info she said the manager won’t be in. I was appalled with how rude she was. After witnessing her be nice and joking with another person, I instantly knew she had a problem with me. Also the comp breakfast needed to have different options each day. Staying for a week made it where my family had to go buy breakfast because the choices were alway the same. The day they changed the menu to pancakes they couldn’t keep up with making them and they ran out of syrup. The orange juice tasted way watered down, and the cranberry juice was way too sweet that it didn’t taste like cranberry juice. It tasted like it needed to be diluted. Definitely recommend y’all getting a waffle maker instead.
