Hotel staff were very nice. Rooms and lobby area were clean. Pool is tiny, and the hot tub was not working and not in any kind of clean condition which sucks and we were not notified ahead of time. Fitness room TINY. Coffee was out at 6:30AM, so not helpful when that is the first thing you come down for in the morning, but staff did quickly fix the issue. Lots of choices for breakfast.

Our room, bath, lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT.

My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well designed and easy to navigate. I liked the pool and fitness room.
