Enjoy this spacious, ranch style, 6 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood, located northeast of downtown Colorado Springs. The home has new hardwood floors in kitchen and living room, new granite counter top in kitchen, and updated furniture throughout. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, including master suite, full guest bath, large living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The lower level has 2 private bedrooms, a semi-private bedroom, bathroom, lounge and play area, laundry facilities and a sleeper couch. There is a private backyard with patio, fire pit, gas grill and a two car attached garage. High speed Wifi (150 mbs) & Cable TV provided in living room, master bedroom, and lower level. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

Located just 3/4 mile from Cottonwood Creek Park and Recreation Center. The park is a 77 acre award winning community park providing picnic tables, slides and swings playground, snow sledding, four soccer fields, three softball/baseball fields, tennis courts, in-line hockey court, disc golf course, and walking/running paths. The recreation center is a YMCA facility with an indoor pool and fitness center, and is available to the public on a pay-per-day basis.

Perfect for Air Force Academy graduation and events, it is just 12 minutes from the South Gate entrance off I-25.

The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Flying W Ranch, Rockledge Ranch, Air Force Academy, 4 additional bases incl. We've stayed in several VRBOs in the past and this one was the best equipped and best communication we have ever had. The host was very good about communicating and gave great instructions every step of the way. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Everyone had a space to sleep and our kids had a great time. I also appreciated that were two step in tubs that our "Senior" member felt safe in. We really loved the outdoor space at the home and used it everyday of our stay. It was very centrally located and it was about 20 min. to several attractions. Even though it was not walking distance like I thought, we loved playing at the Rec center nearby The big fields were great to play frisbee in and the playground equipment was great. The pool was not available on the day we wanted because of over capacity so good thing we called first. I really appreciated the very clear instructions that were left that included info on the area. All in all, it was a great place for our entire family to gather from across the country.

Wonderful Property!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot for our crew. Beautiful and spacious, and we really appreciated the children's toys and books. Also had fun playing some of the games. The host was responsive (we missed the entry code when it came in) and had no issues whatsoever. Our highest recommendation for anyone looking for a central location in this area!!!

A group of us go to Colorado Springs every year for an event. This house was perfect for us, as we usually have 6 to 8 adults. The house was perfect and had ample room to lounge about and chat. Extra bonus was that you can actually park in the garage if you so desire. Host communicated well and I have no negative things to say about this property.
