Had to walk by a table of dirty dishes to get to the dining area. Maybe should’ve placed them somewhere else —maybe a different path for guests to walk to get to dining area.

Breakfast staff was grumpy. They safeguard the Breakfast likes its a 5 star restaurant, i don't see why. And if you're name appears wrong on their paper, its your problem, not theirs and no breakfast for you (delayed breakfast). Not enough staff to be efficient at breakfast, not worth $10 they claim. And in the restaurant in the evening, we asked for coffee, was told it was self serve at the bar. Went to get a hot cup of Joe, they were out. Not a big deal, but it is when you inform the staff they are out, and they say "we're not making more until tomorrow. " Keep in mind, this is in the first hour of dinner service. Also no prime rib 30min after opening, was told "we are sold out". I could count the customers on one hand, highly doubtful.

Stayed for 3 nights. Beds weren’t that comfortable. Our room definitely needed some updating to it. I left my swimsuit and my wedding ring in the room after checkout by mistake. They claimed they never saw it. I know I left them in there. I tore apart my car and suitcases to find it.

The hotel is very clean. I like that it has a restaurant there so if you don’t want to leave. I didn’t like the morning we went for breakfast that the lady you check in with was kind of rude. She had a different name for our room and told us we had to get it straightened out. The name on our room was correct.

Great service for hotels.com customers. Our room was better than expected! Centrally located. Robust FREE breakfast. If I had to knit-pick, there was a little bit of an unsavory element in the parking lot that wandered into the breakfast area but not sure if that was an aberration.
