Okay for a very night stay.

This hotel is run down and in need of an investment for upkeep. Flaking paint everywhere. No uniformity in window coverings. Poor access to plugs. No refill of in room coffee.

Such a cute property. I enjoyed walking down to Old Colorado City and having dinner and checking out the shops. Super convenient to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. I would stay again!

Little gem

The place was great. Super clean, in great condition, the bed is really comfortable. The kitchen has a cutting board, knife and basic utensils, which was super helpful since I brought my own food. Itā€™s not noisy and super close to Garden of the Gods, I definitely recommend it.

This place is not quiet at all. It's so close to the street that you can hear everything. The walls are so dandy I could hear the neighbors every move. If here's super tired, we'll probably quick. You probably wouldn't hear anything. But other than that this place is not bad.
