I made a mistake and reserved the wrong date by 1 day. I asked the receptionist if we could move the date since I had already paid for it. I was told no that was not possible but the only remedy was to purchase another night at a higher rate which I had to do and I lost the payment for the unused stay.

Only reason we booked this hotel is bc it says on booking that they have EV chargers. Also for parking the gate is broken and no one has to pay to get in. Someone tried to break into our car at 5am. Area is not good.
