I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and when I arrived I was told they guarantee a room but not which kind and tried to give me a king bed room for 4 people. They wouldn't budge until I got upset. Not planning to return

The whole place, even our room, smelled like smoke. We had reservations for a king bed, instead we got two queen beds in a handicapped room. We were not happy. They said the hotel was full so they couldn't give us the room we reserved online.

Room 203 has a lot of very loud noises from the elevators. You can hear ears elevator when it goes up and down, in the morning the sound turned to a loud squeak or whistle. Luckily it didn’t get really bad till 6 am when we got up.

The elevators were in need of repair and made a very loud noise during operation. They said they would should it down at 8:00 pm but it was after 10:00 before they did. In addition, the carpet in the room was very dirty,stained and sticky. Will not be staying here again.
