The best part about this hotel stay was the breakfast, and that's really not saying much. The pool facility was outdated and falling apart, jacuuzi tub had zero functional jets. In the room the outlets for usb chargers and neither were functional, the ventilation fan in the bathroom did not remove steam or hot air so after a shower took forever for mirrors to clear. Exit signage was confusing, and no directional signs for pool or other amenities when stepping off elevators in places Would not stay there again, and do not recommend you do until they fix the numerous problems.

Pretty decent stay

Staff is always friendly and we feel safe staying here. Bathroom could have been cleaner and someone needs to vacuum around the edges on carpet. The dust was very thick. Could also invest in better mattresses.

Stoney creek is in need of some major renovations and repairs… peeling wallpaper, non working lamps in the room, hot tub had areas where the paint had come off of the concrete and the jets didn’t work, carpet in halls stained and worn. Maybe they are short staffed because cleanliness was also an issue. Our room had a couple cobwebs and dust around light fixtures, pool area was out of towels and the “used” towel bin was overflowing, community spaces needed vacuuming. The price, however, was very affordable and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly Staff & Reasonable Rates, but...

Personnel were friendly. Rate was favorable. Exterior of hotel looks nice, interior was clean but dated. The cabin/outdoor themed interior is unique, however our room, along with common areas had some scratched or flaking paint. Pool area also had flaking paint and the whirlpool mechanism did not work. Breakfast rated ok. Appreciated the good rate when booked through Hotels.com/Expedia.

Check in was fast. The property was beautiful. Whirlpool tub was perfect. Sunday breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Good stay

The stay and staff were very good. Only bad thing I can say about this stay is there must have been a school competition. Ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere due to so many kids in line.
