Overall ok for the price. Cosmetic property damage & noticeable lint & sand on the bedsheets, but was ok. Bed was comfy, the room was overall ok on cleanliness, but it's evident they need more cleaning staff with things like the microwave needing a better clean, and a sign indicating limited towels at the front desk. My non smoking room did smell a little of smoke and had noticeable singe marks on a desk. So beware if you're asthmatic. I would probably stay here again next time I'm in the area - but not for more than 1-2 nights.

Homeless people walking around parking lot. Dog hairs all over the hallways. They only clean / turnover the sheets once a week according to their policy. People letting their dogs dedicate by the building and not cleaning up. I would not recommend, pay more and stay in a cleaner place. Very unkept.

I have to say it was the worst place I ever stayed upon checking into the room.The floors were filthy trash all over the floors.They were sticky blood on the wall.And roaches crawling everywhere. They gave us bath mats to dry off with instead of towels had to go get cleaning supplies and clean the room myself Very disappointed. The staff was friendly, but hotel needs to work on cleanliness.
