Staff was very nice. Facilities were clean and well layed out. We were there for a wedding in the area. The hotel lobby was big for visiting friends and family before and after wedding.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I liked how clean and updated the hotel was. Nice new bathroom, comfortable mattress. The only thing I noticed is the absence of a coffee maker in the room or in common area like the lobby. But once you go down for breakfast buffet- it’s a feast with great coffee and variety of breakfast options. The area where the hotel is located is great as well, right by the Riverside park which is also a beautiful place to visit, walk or run there.

The Property and Staff were very great! Loved that about this hotel the most. These kinds of experiences want to make you come back! We just had an incident with the fire alarm going off but the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The alarm was out of their control and they were very understanding with us. Great Hotel, definitely would recommend to anyone!

Janet worked the breakfast area , picking up dirty plates and cleaning up. She was friendly, helpful, and had a wonderful attitude . Everyone just loved her, amazing person. This is where I will stay every time I visit Columbia.

The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They couldn't find my reservations in the system so a sweet young lady made one for me. Im not sure if that was an error on Expedia's end or not but she fixed it.
