The gal working the desk when we checked in was friendly, quick and efficient. The whole hotel was very clean. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Great location

Great location for our quick shopping trip. Probably wouldn't book on a holiday again as many families with small children overran the breakfast, pool and afternoon reception.

Would recommend!

I thought the hotel was clean, great service, well maintained. The decor is really nice. The free breakfast is amazing. Great location. We will definitely be back! Weather was crazy, pouring the night before, lots of scope the next morning. Ohio!

Nice, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was typical fare. We didn't get to take advantage of the evening free drinks and food, but that is a very nice addition, particularly for families. Would stay again. Plenty convenient for what we were doing.
