When I arrived I was told the password for the “free” WiFi. When I logged in with the password it also required that you join the Hilton Honors program to access the WiFi. Because I didn’t want to give them all my personal information, I couldn’t access the WiFi. When I complained to the front desk at checkout, I was told if I had complained they would have given me another way to access the wifi. I felt like this was a cheap trick to get my info into their system.

Just stayed for one night. It was clean, the staff was friendly. However, kind of disappointing to know there were no mini fridges or microwaves in the room. Might’ve been an oversight on my part when booking. Was told they were doing renovations and at that time their standard rooms did not come with those items. Also, just a lot of road noise you’re at a major intersection, which also makes it very difficult to get in and out of this location.
The hotel was undergoing renovations and there was VERY LOUD drilling that started at 8:00AM! There was NOTHING said to us when we made our reservation or when we checked in. I never would have chosen this hotel had I known. THUMBS DOWN.
The room was not up to the standards of a Hampton Inn. The toilet paper holder was broken and the bathroom door squeaked whenever it moved. Even the lid to the ice bucket was broken. When the front desk was informed I was given the email address of the GM.
